The Lumineers Process

Visit 1

After your initial consultation, Dr. Li will take an impression of your upper and lower teeth and send the mold to a laboratory to have your customized Lumineers created. Unlike traditional veneers, Lumineers don’t require Dr. Fuming Li to alter your teeth, give you shots or unsightly acrylic temporaries.

Visit 2

Once your custom porcelain Lumineers have been made, you’ll return to our dental practice for placement. To secure the thin shells to your teeth, Dr. Li will moderately etch then bond each Lumineer to the teeth. After they’ve been placed, our dentist will check your bite to ensure that your cosmetic treatment to secure and won’t chip on contact.
